1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of this website. Black Diamond Taxes & Financial Services, Jackson, Missouri, operates it. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. These terms do not replace your enrollment agreement
If you enroll in Road To Perfect Credit, the Enrollment Agreement governs that purchase, together with the Consumer Credit File Rights statement and the Notice of Cancellation. Where these terms conflict with the Enrollment Agreement, the Enrollment Agreement wins.
Nothing in these terms waives any right you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act. Any such waiver would be void, and none is intended.
3. The content is educational
Everything on this site and in the course is general education. It is not legal, tax, credit counselling, or individualised financial advice. See the Results Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
4. Your account and your access
Your course login is for you alone. Do not share it. We may suspend access for sharing credentials, for redistributing the material, or for abusive conduct toward our staff or other members.
5. What you may not do with the material
The course videos, written material, and the dispute letter templates are owned by Black Diamond and licensed to you personally, for your own credit, for as long as your subscription is active.
You may use the templates on your own behalf, and print whatever you need for that purpose. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, share, or teach the material to others as your own, and you may not use it to operate a credit repair business.
6. Billing

7. Third party links
We link to services we do not control, including credit monitoring providers. We are not responsible for them, and their terms and privacy practices are their own.
8. No guarantee of results
We make no promise about your credit report, credit history, or credit score. Read the Results Disclaimer in full.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Black Diamond is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the course. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
This limitation does not apply to anything that cannot be limited by law, and it does not limit your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, which include the right to sue and to recover attorney's fees.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law rules.
[ATTORNEY: decide on dispute resolution. A pre dispute arbitration clause and class action waiver is standard commercially, but CROA section 1679f voids waivers of CROA rights and section 1679g preserves class actions, so an arbitration clause drafted the usual way may be unenforceable here and may itself be evidence of an attempted waiver. Advise whether to include one at all, and carve out CROA claims if so.]

We may update these terms. The date below shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
