Before you sign this agreement you must be given the separate written statement titled Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law. If you have not read it, stop and read it now.

2. What you are buying, in full
Road To Perfect Credit is a self-directed educational course. You are buying access to recorded instructional material and document templates. You are not buying a service performed on your behalf.
Everything is delivered in full at the moment your payment is accepted. All seventeen modules unlock immediately. Nothing is drip-released, held back, scheduled for later, or dependent on any future action by Black Diamond. The complete list of what unlocks at purchase:

3. What Black Diamond does not do under this agreement
Under this agreement Black Diamond does not:
- Contact any credit bureau, creditor, collector, or furnisher on your behalf.
- Prepare, sign, send, or track any dispute or correspondence on your behalf.
- Review, audit, or analyse your individual credit report.
- Represent you in any dispute, complaint, or proceeding.
- Provide legal, tax, or individualised financial advice.
Every action described in the course is an action you take, on your own behalf, using rights you already hold under federal law at no cost. If you want work performed for you, that is a different program with a separate agreement. Ask us about it.
4. Guarantees of performance
Black Diamond makes no guarantee of any result to your credit report, credit history, credit score, or credit rating.
No one, including Black Diamond, can require the removal of accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report. Outcomes depend entirely on the contents of your individual credit file, the accuracy of the information in it, the responses of the credit bureaus and furnishers, and the actions you take. Different people using this same course will get different results, and some will get no change at all.
The only performance Black Diamond guarantees is the one in Section 2: that the complete course unlocks on purchase and remains accessible for as long as your subscription is active.
5. When performance is complete
Black Diamond's performance under this agreement is complete at the moment your payment is accepted and access is granted, which is immediate and automatic. There is no later date on which any further service becomes due from Black Diamond.
Separately, and for your planning only: the dispute process taught in the course runs on the credit bureaus' timelines, not ours. Round one typically takes 30 to 45 days to return, and each subsequent round runs on a similar cycle. Working the full four-phase sequence therefore commonly takes six to twelve months of your own effort. This is an estimate of your work, not a commitment of future service by Black Diamond.
6. What you pay
$79.00 (United States dollars) per month. Charged to your payment method on the day you enroll and on the same day of each following month until you cancel.
There is no enrollment fee, no setup fee, no cancellation fee, and no minimum term. There are no other payments due to Black Diamond or to any other person under this agreement.
Because there is no minimum term, the total amount you pay is $79.00 multiplied by the number of monthly periods you choose to remain enrolled. If you cancel within the first three business days as described in Section 7, the total amount you pay is $0.00.
Nothing in the course requires you to buy anything else from Black Diamond. Postage for the letters you send yourself is your own cost and is paid to the postal service, not to us.
7. Your right to cancel
You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date on which you signed the contract. See the attached notice of cancellation form for an explanation of this right.
The cancellation form is here: Notice of Cancellation. You are provided two copies of it at the time you enroll.
Cancelling within that period voids this agreement in full and any amount you paid is returned to you. See Billing and Refunds for how cancellation works after that period.
8. Your rights cannot be waived
Any waiver by you of any protection or right under the Credit Repair Organizations Act is void and cannot be enforced. Nothing in this agreement asks you to waive any such right, and if any part of this agreement were read to do so, that part has no effect.
9. Your copies
At the time you enroll you receive a copy of this completed agreement, a copy of the Consumer Credit File Rights statement, and two copies of the Notice of Cancellation. They are emailed to you and remain available in your account.
