Black Diamond does not guarantee any outcome to your credit report, credit history, credit score, or credit rating. We do not promise a score increase of any amount, on any timeline, or at all.
What cannot be removed, by anyone
Neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. Accurate negative information generally remains for seven years, and bankruptcy information for ten. Anyone who tells you they can remove accurate information is not telling you the truth.
What this course teaches is how to identify information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, how to challenge it through the process the law already gives you, and how to build from there.
Results vary, and some people get nothing
Outcomes depend on the contents of your individual credit file, whether the information in it is accurate, how the bureaus and furnishers respond, and whether you actually do the work. Two people using this identical course will not get the same result. Some people will see no change.

We do not publish credit score numbers in testimonials. We do not have substantiation for what a typical member achieves, so stating or implying a typical result would be misleading, and we will not do it. If that ever changes, the substantiated typical result will be disclosed alongside the testimonial.
Any material connection between Black Diamond and a person whose testimonial appears, including free or discounted access, payment, employment, or a family relationship, is disclosed with the testimonial.

You can do all of this for free
Every right described in this course is one you already hold under federal law and can exercise yourself at no cost beyond postage. You may dispute inaccurate information directly with a credit bureau for free, and you are entitled to free copies of your credit reports. What you are paying us for is the sequence, the templates, and the instruction, not for access to a right you already have.
