What we collect
When you complete the assessment: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers about your credit goals, your timeline, whether you have been late on bills recently, the categories of negative items you want addressed, your readiness to invest, and anything you write in the two open questions.
When you enroll: your name, email, and billing details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us or visible to us.
Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring source.
What we do not collect on this site
We do not ask for or collect your Social Security number, date of birth, or credit report through the assessment or the course. The course teaches you to work with your own credit reports yourself. We never see them.
If you separately enroll in a done-for-you program, that program has its own intake and its own consents, and it collects more than this.
Why we collect it
- To tell you which of our programs actually fits your answers.
- To deliver what you bought and give you account access.
- To contact you about your enrollment, billing, and support.
- To send education and offers, if you opted in. You can stop this at any time.
- To keep the records federal law requires us to keep.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it.
We share it only with providers who run parts of this business for us, under contract, and only as far as they need it: our CRM and course platform, our payment processor, our email and SMS provider, and our website host. We also share it where the law requires it.
Advertising and tracking
We use the Meta pixel on our landing pages to measure whether our advertising works and to reach similar audiences. It records that a visit, a form completion, or a purchase happened, together with technical identifiers.
We do not send your assessment answers to Meta or to any other advertising platform. What you told us about your credit situation stays with us. You can limit this tracking through your browser settings, your device settings, or your Meta ad preferences.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number we may contact you about your enrollment and support. If you opted in to marketing messages, reply STOP to any text to end them. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
Enrollment records, the signed Consumer Credit File Rights acknowledgment, and the enrollment agreement are kept for at least two years after signature, as federal law requires. Other information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it, except records the law requires us to retain.
- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting your account.

Children
This site and this course are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled members by email.
