Before I built Black Diamond, I spent more than fifteen years in tax preparation and personal finance, sitting across the table from individuals, families, and business owners during the most important money decisions of their lives.
Every tax season I noticed the same pattern. People did not need more software or another app. They needed a person who would slow down, read the report with them, and explain it in plain language. So that is the agency I built.
